I'm looking for four A4 collages with similar styles to go down one wall of the March exhibition. This is the third after the Market Hall and Commercial Street collages. The fourth will be Tesco to illustrate changes in building design over the last 150 years from stone palladian to brick rendered gothic to concrete and glass and finally clad steel structures.

Greetings card design
I would like to produce a greetings card approximately 6 inch square. I think 4 linocuts together will work but I'm not so sure about the Ebenezer Chapel as its a totally different format and style to the other three. Will have to see how time goes to produce more small
linocuts as I want to get a card ready for the show at the the end of March.

Commercial Street Aberdare
Looking at the proportions of the building I have decided to invert the colour on the last third of the building to give some graphic impact. This is in ink and watercolour, the rest will be in collage.

Commercial Street, Aberdare
Looking up from street level there are still a few buildings in Aberdare that have probably changed little from Victorian times. This is one of them, in Commercial Street with its gothic windows, elaborate render details and large oriel windows. In trying to illustrate this building I am trying out watercolour washes with details in ink though I think collage would be more defined.
